Cement-based, thin bed, ceramic tile adhesive mortar

UniFix 313 is a single component, cement-based, polymer modified, thin bed tile adhesive mortar. When mixed with the correct quantity of water, it provides adhesive mortar with unique workability properties, water retention and adhesion.

UniFix 313 is ideal for fixing normal sizes ceramic tiles. It is also used for fixing wide range of tiles such as terrazzo tiles, natural stone cladding and quarry tiles.
UniFix 313 can be used for fixing walls and floors tiles in internal applications. The ideal substrates are: concrete, cementbased screeds & renders and engineered concrete blocks. It is also used for laying aerated concrete blocks.
Main application areas include bathrooms, kitchens, balconies and showrooms.
