After drying, it forms a matt, flat, smooth finish decorative paint surface.
TopCoat 909 is ideal for interior and exterior applications.

It can be painted over cement-based putty, stucco, old emulsion paints, concrete, cementbased plaster and masonry substrates.
It can be used also over steel, gypsum and wooden-based substrates after special preparation and priming.
TopCoat 909 can be painted by brush, roller or airless spraying machine.
